Data collected

Implecio Sàrl collects the information you send through the contact form or by e-mail (name, company, e-mail address, message) and, where applicable, the documents you send us (CV, application file). The site sets no advertising tracking cookies.

Use

This data is used solely to answer your request, to conduct a search or advisory mandate, or to process your application. A candidate’s data is passed to no company without their explicit prior consent, for each position.

Hosting and retention

The site is hosted by a static hosting provider; form messages are forwarded by e-mail to Implecio and kept for as long as needed to handle the request or the mandate.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to contact@implecio.com or to Implecio Sàrl, Chemin du Pavillon 2, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland.
