When you visit our website or write to us, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, company, e-mail address and message. Your personal information is used only for the specific purposes stated in this policy: to answer your request, to conduct a search or advisory mandate, or to process your application. A candidate’s data is passed to no company without their explicit prior consent, for each position.
How do we store, use, share and disclose visitors’ personal information?
The site implecio.com is hosted on the Netlify platform; contact-form messages are forwarded by e-mail to Implecio Sàrl and kept for as long as needed to handle the request or the mandate. Appointment booking is provided by Calendly, which processes the data you enter there under its own privacy policy. Your data is stored on secure servers and is neither sold nor rented to third parties.
How do we communicate with visitors?
We may contact you to answer your request, to resolve a dispute, to poll your opinion through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or where necessary to enforce our terms of use, applicable national laws and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you by e-mail, telephone, text message and post.
How can you withdraw your consent?
